You may use Walked.to only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the platform, reverse engineer our services, or use automated means without permission. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for complying with local regulations when participating in or hosting tours.
You must be at least 16 to use the service and capable of entering into a binding agreement. Keep your login credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put the community at risk.
Some tours may require payment. Prices, taxes, and fees are disclosed before purchase. By completing a transaction, you authorize us to process charges through our payment partners. Cancellations and refunds are handled according to the tour details presented at checkout and any applicable local consumer laws.
Content you submit (such as reviews, photos, or tour descriptions) remains yours, but you grant Walked.to a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and improve the service. Do not upload content that infringes on others' rights or violates our community expectations. Our trademarks, brand elements, and code remain the property of Walked.to and may not be reused without written permission.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Walked.to is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, except where such limitations are prohibited by applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so certain rights may still apply to you.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may stop using Walked.to at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
